  • Forest Bathing Session 1: Reconnecting with Nature: Begin the retreat with a gentle Forest Bathing session, guiding participants to engage their senses and establish a deep connection with the natural surroundings.
  • Afternoon: 3. Slow Living Workshop: Cultivating Intentional Living: Neeraj leads a workshop on slow living, encouraging participants to embrace intentional and mindful living. Explore practices to simplify, declutter, and find joy in the present moment.
