Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 02: Tai Chi, Face Yoga & Exploration in Kathmandu

Day 03: Flight to Lukla (2,850m); then trek to Phakding (2,650m) – 3 hours

Day 04: Trek to Namche (3,443m) with ups and downs

Day 05: Pilates & Familiarization day in Namche – 4 hours

Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3,880m) – 6 hours

Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4,450m)

Day 08: Adaptation day in Dingboche; hike to NagarsanHill (5,100m) – 4/5 hours

What to bring

Shorts, t-shirt, water shoes, long pants, yoga pants, yoga mat, Towel, hiking shoes, gloves, hat, scarves, small backpack. You will receive a more detailed packing list after registration.

Accommodation

In all our retreats we stay at the beautiful accommodation in the midst of the nature to experience the “knowing” not just knowledge. You share a room with two or three other attendees. Double or private rooms are also available, for a supplement on request. You have options to stay longer or arrive early (for the optional activities like Butoh, Photo-walks, Wellness Consultation, Memory Scrapbook Photo Album by professional Photographer, Biodanza Dance, Theater & Music Ceremony Meditative Martial Arts Boot-camp, etc).

This Holistic Retreat is all about what you wish! That very intention drives for the dietary selection as well. If you withdraw more than 70 days before your start Retreat, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
If you withdraw 40 – 69 days before your Retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your Retreat.
If you withdraw 16 – 39 days before your Retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will lose 60% of the price of your Retreat.
If you cancel 15 days or less before your Retreat start date, you will lose your entire payment.
