About Vigyan Bhairav Tantra

Classically stemming from the conversation occurring between the god Bhairava and his companion Bhairavi, it includes a total of 112 Tantra meditative methods.  A number of variants of mantra chanting, non-dual awareness, breath awareness, imagination, visualization through the various senses and imagination are some of the pre-requisites to succeed in Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. During the Tantra retreat in Rishikesh, expert trainers from DElotus will demonstrate how to incorporate the above self-awareness techniques in your lives.
